Breakfast is a wonderful spread of fresh fruit, juice, Greek yoghurt, cereal, free range eggs, pastries,local bread with a range of jams and a selection of hot beverages.

Coffee lovers can look forward to a choice of cappuccino percolated Italian-style or fresh grounds plunged in a French press.

Whether you're an early riser or prefer a lie-in, start your day at a pace that suits you, with breakfast beginning at seven or as late as nine.


We use oil harvested from our own olive grove and lemons from our own citrus trees. In season, guests are welcome to pick organic figs, apples and grapes from the vine, all of which are cultivated in our gardens. We also grow pomegranates, Seville oranges and prickly pears, for which the village is renowned. 

During the summer months, we use organic salad vegetables sourced locally from the neighbouring fields.


For those who prefer the independence of self-catering, we have a fully-equipped kitchenette for lunch and supper.

A selection of complementary teas, coffee and cocoa invites you to make yourself a drink, should you fancy one, in the middle of the day ... or night.

Meals can be enjoyed under the open sky on the upper terrace.

The village has a well-stocked grocery store supplied weekly with fresh seasonal local produce.
